What information do we collect from you?

We collect information directly from you when you place your order with us. When you place your order you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

Why do we collect this information?

We collect information about you to process your order. Citrefine International Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is we have a contractual obligation.

We are obliged to process personal data such as processing payment details in order for us to be able to fulfil our contractual obligation to supply your order.

Who might we share your information with?

We use Stripe to process all Credit/Debit card transactions online. This means that we neither store nor have access to your Credit Card/Debit Card information when you pay using this method. As a customer, when paying for your purchases via Stripe, you will be directed to complete a simple payment form hosted at Stripe who then process your transaction safely and securely.

We also use a third party carrier to enable them to deliver your order and to contact you if there is a problem with delivery. We only pass limited information to them (ie. name, address and telephone number) in order to ensure delivery of your items.

We use third party IT companies who support our website and other IT systems.

How long do we keep hold of your information?
